Change out main electric propulsion

This week we changed out the main electric propulsion motor of m.v. Plancius for a new e-motor, 3000 kW and a weight of 35 tons, same operation we performed in 2008 at our former Yard in Hansweert but then the existing e-motor was overhauled.

Refit THSD Deo Gloria

On behalf of Faasse Group we are refitting their THSD (Trailer Hopper Suction Dredger) Deo Gloria. Recently the new accomondation was placed.

Brave Tern

On behalf of A2Sea, part of Deme’s GeoSea, we had Brave Tern (owner: Fred. Olsen Windcarrier) at our yard for demobilization. Grillages for towers and nacelles as well as foundations for root and tip ends are being dismounted after successful installation of 49 wind turbines (V164-8.0 MW) at Horns Rev 3 in Denmark.
